Top Ten of The Week

1. On Monday I went to a special offensive soccer practice. The head of Utah FC was coaching us. First, we warmed up and stretched. Next, we scrimmaged. Last, we learned how to created space for our other teammates so they can dribble and shoot. 
2.  After my soccer practice my family picked me up and we went to Farr's. I got Cake Batter frozen yogurt with cookie dough on top. That was super fun. 
3. On Tuesday I had a soccer game. We played at sertoma, our home field. It was the perfect weather, warm but overcast. I didn't score but I had some awesome corner kicks. We tied that game 0-0. 
4. On Wednesday I didn't have Young Women's because we did a service project the Saturday before. I stayed home and played soccer on the tramp with Loryn and Fisher.
5. On Thursday I had another soccer practice. We worked on our sprinting and passing. First, we sprinted the 100 yd dash. I got 6.03 seconds. I came in third on our team. Next, we did passing drills. It was super hot that day. 
6. On Friday I had piano after school. At piano I worked on my patriotic medley quartet. The songs in the medley are; Yankee Doodle, America the Beautiful, and My country tis' of thee. I am not very good at it yet.
7. On Friday night my mom, me, Loryn, Quincy, Jen, Katie, Sydney, and sister Bateman went to Chick-Fil-A. After, we went to macey's for some ice cream. When we were done with our ice cream we went to the Hansen's and played soccer and jumped on the tramp. 
8. On Saturday my whole family went to my soccer game. We lost 1-0 but I tried my hardest. I got a ton of cuts and bruises. 
9. Later that night we had night games at our house. While we waited for everyone to come we played soccer in the front. After, we played capture the flag. Fisher ran into the fence and almost broke his nose so we stopped. We played kick the can next and Fisher kept winning because he small and fast. Next, we all went to the church and started playing fugitives. Jazzy and I didn't get caught but it was super scary. Then, we started at the Hansen's and went to Centennial. We got trapped and we had to wait them out. Finally both cars left and we sprinted as fast as we could to Centennial. I made it again. 
10. I had to get up early today because I had to go to church early for song practice. The Young Women sang Come unto Christ. Next, we went to sunday school. My teacher brought us doughnuts and we learned about searching, pondering, and praying as we read the scriptures. For YW's we had a combined lesson because the seniors are graduating from seminary tonight. We got cake and cookies afterwards.
